Registration with Click Music is very easy. We only need your username (a valid email) and your password. Nothing else.
You can start your registration by clicking here.
After you have completed the registration process, we will send you an email with an activation link so you can start using your account.
Click Music will only send activation links to users that provide a valid email address.
If you have entered a valid email during your registration, our email might have ended up in your SPAM folder. Please check.
If you still can't see our email, click here to resend your activation link.

You need to provide us with your username as well as the answer to your security question. If you have answered the question correctly, we will send you an email so you can reset your password.

You will be prompted to provide the optional Merchant Codes. For more information about Merchant Codes, please see the next link.
You can also go to the Payment page by clicking the Proceed to Payment button in your cart page.
A Merchant Code is a unique code assigned to official Click Music Merchants. Entering the Merchant Code is optional but doing so will entitle you promos and prizes by the Merchant with the specified code.

Checkout is the last step in your payment process. When you click the Checkout button, the total amount due for your current order will be deducted from your account, provided that it has enough balance.
After deductions from your account have been completed, you will then be redirected to the page where you can download the songs you paid for.
After payment, you will be redirected to the Order page where you can download your order items. To start downloading, click on an item's download button:
Unfortunately, download managers are not supported as of this moment.
You are only allowed to download each item once for every order. Before you start downloading and to avoid any inconvenience, make sure that you have a stable internet connection.
Our system keeps track of your download status and will know whether you have failed to download a file completely. If that happens, try to click the download button again. If that doesn't work, please contact customer support.
After your payment process is complete, you must download ALL of the songs in your order before the specified expiration date. The links for downloading the songs in your order will be void immediately after the expiration date.
You may download your songs up to 48.00 hours after the payment of your order(s).
The list of your most recent orders can be found in your Account page. Just click on the Order History tab.
Yes, you can make another order immediately after your most recent one. Just make sure you are able to download the songs in your orders before the specified expiration dates.

Do not give your password to anyone who is claiming to be affiliated with Click Music Philippines. Click Music Philippines Administrators will never ask for your password.
